Austria is travelling to Slovenia on Tuesday, with Under17 team coach Manfred Zsak bringing 20 players to Slovenia for the Round 1 qualifiers in the group with Slovenia, Malta and Bulgaria.
Austria are amongst favorites to qualify for the Elite, but Zsak doesn't give much attention to that. »I expect three exciting and close games. And of course, our goal is to qualify for the Elite Round.«
Zsak has a strong selection at his disposal, eighting players from the Austrian league, while Mujaković and Jorganović are already playing in Germany at the age of 16. Top scorer of the selection is a defender Felix Kochl, with four appearances and three goals.
»Slovenia is a favorite because of a home pitch advantage,« Zsak is respectful towards the home team. »But of course, we want to challenge them.«
Austria will start their tournament against Malta on Wednesday.
